TOPIC: GOD HAS CALLED YOU INTO HIS SERVICE, YEILD TO IT. 

TEXT : 2 TIMOTHY 2 VS 19 TO 20.

In a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and of earth; some to 

honour and some to dishonour.

If a man therefore purge himself,he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified and meet for the master's use and prepared into every good work. 

The great House is the house of God, Our place of meeting and fellowship. 

The Great House can be physical, abstract,seen or unseen but the most important thing is that, it's our place of spiritual communication, fellowship and communion. 

But in the Greathouse, there are different types of vessels, some are  silver, gold, wood and earth.

Some for  honour and dishonour.

In our physical homes we  have different wares serving different purposes; 

Some are used to dispose waste while some are used in important occasions. So is our lives.

Know this, 

In the Great House what you make yourself is what you become. 

Some people in the church would say, they don't give people opportunity in that church to manifest. 

They choose those to minister in the choir or on  prayer line. That's why I am not manifesting. 

The question is, how have purged yourself and how ready are you to be used by God? 

Our opening verse says ,if a man purges  himself ... He will become a vessel of honour. 

That means, when you clean yourself from every dirt, wrong attitude, character and mindset,you will become all that God has blessed you with. 

Where is your place in the  society and the house of God? 

What impact have you made to serve and to lead. 

How sane and available are you for the master's use? 

This is what the master is asking you now. 

The master himself  wants you and He wants more labourers too. But, 

 the labourer are few...  Matthew 9 vs 37

There are so many things that needs to be done but few are the ones ready and available to do them. Are you among them?

God has called you into his divine service, yield yourself to this call.

 Choose what kind of vessel you want to become .

 A vessel of  honour fulfilling His purpose for you here on earth.

Say amen. 

Know this, you are God's best chosen vessel made  for this time and generation.

I am a vessel of honour and not of shame.

I function under a divine order, laws and principles and I don't Break ranks.Halleluyah.

TOPIC:  I  AM A  PRODUCT WITHOUT AN  EXPIRING DATE. 

TEXT :

2 Timothy 2 vs 21.

If a man purge himself from all these, he shall be a vessel unto honour sanctified and meet for the master's use...

A product without an expiring date is a vessel of honour sanctified and meet for the master's use.

A product without an expiring date is that man or woman whose life is a dedication unto God and His people. 

A man or woman whose God is the Lord, in whom there is no guilt. 

In this world of decadence, the word declares in 1 John 2 vs 17 that the earth passes away and all in it but he that does the will of God abides forever. That's a product without an expiring date. 

Did you notice where we read, that this earth is  a product and its desires has an expiring date? But anyone that does the will of God ensures forever. That means, a product without an expiring date. Say Amen. 

For you to endure forever means that you are a product without an expiring date and for this to become a reality, 

you must ;

1.Control your tongue

2 Discipline your mind.

3.Discipline your emotions

4.Discipline your thoughts.

5.Discipline your ideas.

 6.Discipline your character and 

7.Discipline your actions.

In our text, the word declares, if any man purge himself from these things  he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified and meet for the master's use. 

In other words,

God will use you for eternity and not for a while. 

But if you don't, with time, you will pass away just as leafs wither.

Say not me.

God wants to trust and use you forever and for His glory alone.

He wants you, not just as a vessel but as 

A PRODUCT WITHOUT AN EXPIRING DATE. 

Sanctified and meet for the master's use forever and ever and that's who you are. 

CONFESSIONS:

I am a product without an expiring date, sanctified, and meet for the master's use. 

I am not an expired product but a vessel of great honor and value that endures forever.

Amen.

TOPIC: DRESS SMART, ELEGANT AND DECENT BUT NOT NAKED. 

TEXT:  PROVERB 7:10

And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of a harlot, and crafty in heart.

Note the word, "an attire of a harlot" 

Doctors have the way they dress, the nurses and all the professions in the world. Why? 

Your dressing speaks alot about your personality, intent and what you do. 

Your dressing has a voice, a sign and could lead to an action. 

Everyone dresses according to the pictures of his or her mind. 

If one is seductive, it must reflect on the dressing; the same when you are decent. 

Have you ever seen a mad person in the open market who looks so cute? No! Why?

Because you dress accordingly to your mind.

Know this, If you have not dressed your heart, you can't dress your body.

And once you have dressed your heart, your body puts on decency. 

Our text contains two objects of focus, the attire of a harlot and the crafty heart.

That means in our text, her attire was given birth to by her crafty heart and her crafty heart means

the intentions of her heart.

The intentions of your heart gives birth to your character, your countenance, your decisions(actions, inactions and reactions) then, your physical dressing follows .

In our text, the woman was not addressed as a harlot but her dressing. 

Her dressing passed a wrong signal to everyone around... A dressing of a harlot. 

Many still do same today and they call it smartness. 

That means, someone may not be an evil person but may pass a wrong signal in one way or the other. 

There is also an appearance of an evil. 1 Thessolonians 5 vs 22.

There is a sin and there is a weight  Hebrews 12 vs 1 to 2.

For every evil starts with an appearance or form and every sin starts with a weight ( desire, lust and thought) 

How do you dress? 

Decent or otherwise? 

Dressing is such a powerful tool in the world that it depicts professionalism, status, mindset and character of someone. 

Pastor, I like to wear what makes me smart and elegant!

Are you saying I should not wear what fits me? No! But.. 

You can dress smart, you can wear what fits you, yet covered. 

Never mistake smartness for nakedness. 

In our text, God told us that there is an attire of a prostitute and there is an intention behind it.

Psalm 19:14 says,

Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight oh Lord, my strength and my redeemer.

This is the prayer of a child of God, a believer and the mediations of your heart transcends to your outward dressing.

Nobody wakes up to wear just anything, especially if you are going to work because every office has a dress code.

For there is a look of a doctor, nurse, pilot, soldier and etc.Therefore, there is a look of a decent person.

Why do we have school uniforms for students, it is because we  address them as students.

That means, before you wear anything know who you are and your intentions.

Your dressing says a lot about you whether you believe it or not. 

As a child of God dress to be seen and called a child of God.

Dress your body, to please and honor your maker.

You can dress smart, you can dress elegant yet be covered. 

Dress the way you want to be addressed.

Confession:

I dress smart, elegant and yet decent. 

I don't dress anyhow but I dress to honour myself. .

Amen.

TOPIC: MY LIFE, A SCRIPTED DESTINY FOR GOOD: I MUST FULFILL IT. 

 Hebrews 10 vs 7

As it is written in the scroll, I have come to do your will.

KNOW THIS, BEFORE YOU CAME INTO  THIS WORLD, GOD ALREADY HAD A PLAN FOR YOU.

Everyone of us has our life and character written in the scripture.

That was why Jesus said to the Jews you are of your father, the devil, and his will you do.

Life is a cycle of systems and structures and many are living in a scripted destiny designed with or without knowing it.

God said to Jeremiah, before you were born, I knew you. Where?

In the volume of the book written about him.

There is a volume of book written about your life. 

You must reposition yourself and check if you are living in the volume of that book written about your life. 

Romans 8 vs 29 declares that those that God knew he has  destined...

For there is a book where the destiny of men are designed and written and yours is there, discover yours.

Esther discovered hers. Mordecai also  did. For he said to Esther, 

who knows for such a time you were destined to be in this kingdom. Esther 4 vs 14.

Have you found out why you came into this world and how much of your time is left?

The worst punishment a man will receive from God after life is not the punishment of his errors, sins and mistakes but the punishment of not fulfilling his or her destiny. 

Why?  it is an abuse of a written script and plans of God.

There is a designed plan of God for your journey on earth. Discover and fulfill it.

Know this, in trying to discover it, distraction  discouragement, errors and mistakes must come but in the midst of it, fulfill your destiny. 

 CONFESSIONS:

I have found my place  and purpose of God for me on earth and I must fulfill it. 

For my life is a page in the volume of the book of destiny. Amen.

TOPIC: DON'T CALL A TOILET A REST ROOM. 

TEXT:  Isaiah 5 vs 20.

Woe to them that call evil good. Who put darkness for light. 

Who call bitter sweet and sweet bitter. 

Why should a man call evil good and good evil. 

This happens when men call a toilet a rest room. 

It happens when we tolerate what we ought to fight. 

Calling a toilet a rest room is a way of making something that is bad sound nice and good, yet it will never make it become good.

You can never solve a problem you are tolerating.

Call the devil a good name and it will never stop him from doing evil. In other words, address issues the way they are and stop petting them.

When something is bad, call it bad and never pet it.

Call the devil by his name and he will be aware that you truly know his works.

The easiest way to solve a problem is never to tolerate it but to face it.

That means, in life, you can never kil the snake you are feeding.

To kill a snake, you must stop feeding it and to solve a problem, you must stop tolerating it.

Is there a problem you want to solve?  A relationship you want to quit or a monster you want to confront? 

Then you must face it.

 Don't smile when you are fighting. 

Serious issue demand decisive action. 

Don't stand when you ought be running.

For if you must solve a problem, you must face that problem. 

 Elijah in his day  stood up to the king, because he never tolerated the reign of evil in the land or called bad good.

In your life, home and family, what is that issue you want to solve yet you are playing with it?

If you want a change, you must first initiate it if not you will never see that change. 

Stand up to that responsibility and face it. 

Stop  treating issues with kid's cloves.

 When something is wrong, don't try to choose a name to make it not to look bad.

When something is bad, it's bad.

Stop calling a toilet a rest room because it's not.

Call Satan a nice name it will not stop him from doing evil. 

Therefore, treat issues the way they are and never pet it. 

Face your fears. 

CONFESSIONS:

From today I will my face my fears because my victory is sure.

I will no longer treat issues with kid's gloves. 

Amen

                   TOPIC: IN YOUR PATH, THERE IS NO DARKNESS.                      SAY AMEN!

TEXT: Proverbs 4 vs 18..

But the path of the just is like a shining light that shines bright and brighter unto the perfect day.

That means, in our path, there is no darkness. 

From the foundation of the earth, we have a predestined life of victory in Christ. 

That life is a life of an upward movement only and never  downward.

The life of victory and success and never of failure. 

A life of health and progress and not of disease and sickness. 

In it, the righteous flourish as  palm trees. 

For we dwell and abide in the shadow of the Almighty. Planted by the rivers of water and our leaves don't get dry.

Our text declares that,  the path of the righteous which is you is like a shining light that shines bright and brighter unto the perfect day. 

For this reason,  we declare that there is no death in our path but life.  

No darkness in our ways but light. 

Many who live in opposite direction say that  life is up and down.

 But to you, our life in Christ is never up and down. 

Don't describe life based on the worldly experiences. 

Don't say whom you are not because of life's threatening challenges. 

Our life in Christ is a programmed life of success and never of failure. 

Yes! challenges may come but victory is already assured. 

Know this,  your victory in life is not to be determined but has already being determined from the foundation of the earth. 

In other words,  it doesn't matter how tough it gets you are already declared a winner in every  battle. 

This is our life in Christ, for  He is our light, our hope and our everything.

Don't join those who think and speak failure thinking it is a show of humility. 

Never you say with your mouth  " I am  finished. 

Never you decree with your tongue that "it is over with me"

Never you imagine that your life is up and down. 

Proverbs 23 vs 7 declares,  as a man thinks in his heart so is that man. 

Always think and declare that your life is never up and down. 

Hallelujah. 

Amen. 

CONFESSIONS :

My life is never up and down. Therefore, 

I will never have a bad day 

I walk in the light of my future. 

I am blessed to bless others. Amen

TOPIC: LOVE IS MORE THAN A  FEELING. IT IS ALL ABOUT GIVING. 

QUOTES :

 WHEN  YOU SAY, YOU LOVE, YOU PROVE IT BY GIVING. STOP SAYING "I DON'T HAVE"

HOW CAN YOU PROVE YOUR LOVE FOR GOD OR TO SOMEONE WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE. 

TEXT:

John 3 vs 16.

For God so love the world that He gave his only begotten son.

Mark this word, HE GAVE.

Your love and care  can only be expressed and seen in your giving. In other words, 

when you love someone you prove it by your giving because love is giving and not just a feeling.

In our text we saw what God did.

For he so love the world, then He gave. That means when you love, you give.

Most times we say, love is not all about giving. Wrong! That's a stingy statement. 

Love is all about giving and the scripture states so.

This is because you give your best treasure to what and whosoever you value and love. 

God demostrated this in John 3 vs 16. He loved and He gave.

Pastor but I Don't have. Hear me,

There is nobody who doesn't have something to give to show that you love.

It could be money, gift, care, attention, right attitude or security. 

In life, everyone has something to give, attention, money or care. 

Start with that little you have even the one you eat,. 

Dhare it to prove that you love. 

You can never say you love someone and you don't give because when you truly love the next thing that comes to your mind is 

What should I give to this  person? 

QUOTES :

Know this, any love that does not give dies. For love has a touch and faith a voice. 

This is because GIVING is the gas that makes love to fly.

It could be money, care, sacrifice or attention.

You may say but  someone can give without loving? Yes!

 

But that's is not a giving from love. It is called an evil gift...a Trojan gift.

For when  there is an ulterior motive someone can give without loving but know this for sure,

A genuine love for God or man is expressed in your giving without deceit. 

According to our text, when you say you love, you must give not just giving but giving your best. John 3 vs 16.

Romans 5 vs 8 tells us that God showed His own love for us by sending Jesus to sacrifice himself for us when we were yet sinners.

When you say you love, you forgive. Forgiveness is a gift. 

Forgive what? All kinds of wrongs. 

When you say you love, you trust.

You don't envy, think evil when you love.

When you say you love, you endure.

When you love, you don't compete nor rejoice in someone's downfall or mistakes. 1Corinthians 13 vs 4 an 6.

In 1John 3 vs 17, the bible asks, how can you say you love when you have and refused to give to your brother who is in need. Then, where is the love of God in your heart?

In other words, love is mostly expressed in your giving and not talking. 

From today, if you love someone, prove it by giving to him or her.

How long should I give?

Forever! 

Forever giving is forever loving. 

Confession:

From today, to prove that I love you, I will start giving.

No more talk without a corresponding action. Amen.
