TOPIC: LIVING IN MY FUTURE.

TEXT: GENESIS 17:5

Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram but thy name shall be called Abraham for A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS have I made you. Genesis 17 vs 5.

Abram had a dream,he had a future and an encounter with the Lord made his dream a reality. God changed his name from Abram to Abraham and he lived in his future God said to him,"for a father of many nations have I made you"not going to make you.

To live in your future is to answer your real name and to manifest your God given dreams and destiny. It's when you walk away from your  ugly past and embrace your glorious future.

To live in your future is to bear the name,attitude and character of Christ in other to fulfill your destiny despite mistakes  failures and all you have experienced in your life.

Those that give up in life are those who allowed their past to overtake their future. Some even take their own lives. Don't allow your past to overtake your future. Live in your future.

Paul declared one thing I do daily is to forget the past and move on to achieve those things that are ahead of me. Philippians 3 vs 13.

Galatians 6 vs 17,Paul gave a warning and cried out,from now onwards,let no man give me any kind of trouble because in my body, I bear the marks of our Lord Jesus.

You have a future, a glorious one,live in it and not in your past.

Confession: Am living in my future and not in my past. For all that God has for me,I have become it and nothing less. Amen.
