TOPIC : I LOVE TO IDENTIFY WITH THOSE WHO ARE WEARY AND WOUNDED BECAUSE I AM A PROBLEM SOLVER.
TEXT :
Psalm 79 vs 11.
May the groaning of the prisoners come to you. By your mighty power, save those who are appointed to die.
These were David's prayer to the Lord for those who are prisoners and appointed to die.
Thus he asked the Lord to identify with them and to abort the plans of the enemies.
How will God do it, if not by sending a man who will identify with them.
Someone who can identify with the weak and the oppressed in other to save them who are appointed to die.
Know this, a life of purpose is a life that identifies with the weak, the downtrodden and the hopeless.
It is a life the saves people from destruction.
The best life found on earth is not a life furnished with gold and silver but a life that identifies with those who have no one to help them.
This is what God wants you to do.
He wants you to stand up and to defend the orphans, the fatherless, the motherless and those appointed to die.
Let me ask you when was the last time you visited the Orphans or identified with the elderly who have no one to call their son/daughter?
When was the last time you helped the injured to recover from their injury?
When last did someone eat because of your kindness?
Who is sheltered today because of you?
In life, don't just live the life of all is good in the palace, visit the slum and identify with those who are in there.
God wants you to become a problem solver and it must begin with you identifying with the prisoners, the weak and the attacked.
CONFESSION :
I live to fulfil my destiny.
I'm a problem solver.
